Weighted clothing is pretty useless on the game, I think it needs a tune up. Why not use it to improve Shadow Sparring? More exp, more tp gains. Not with any other training method because you can just AFK does. Players should be rewarded for erm...actually playing. Also it could increase the EXP gain FROM kills, players and npcs. At the same time everything good should do something bad. It should lower your speed by 4(?), skill%(25 less) and your current stats by a certain amount. The increase from killing should be worth the penalties as it would be harder to accomplish and increases your chances of death.
Shards...specifically the stat based ones should be taken out. We already have enough boosts in the game and transes to worry about. Its use brings the same result if both players have them on, the outcome will be the same. Maybe have them as a permanent tiny boost, as a dropped item or something.

Events...we should have them. Kinda like tournies but with NPCs and hard to do, aka timed invasions or an Original NPC that is hard to defeat? You can test for lag but the server if efficient as it is.
World tournament price and loser price. WT price for TPs is beyond laughable, its 10k Points. WT is every 2 hours. The price should be around the 200k range. The losers should get atleast 150, and there should be a runner up price of maybe 250 levels.
Baba Tournament losers should get a higher boost, 500.
Killing spree system, The more you kill the lower your exp reward will be. But when killed, the higher your death will bring also. This should work by killing npcs also. You add up your current kills and when killed or if you relog they go back to 0. Suicide shoudnt give you anything and killing yourself with an alt shoudnt be allowed.
Alt killing yourself check, on death check, check if mobs have same IP and all that info. If so, announce it to the world. And punish.
